Only those communicated with directly via post by FISCAL Technologies and appear as the addressee by FISCAL Technologies will be eligible for this free prize draw. No purchase necessary. 5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be determined by a random prize draw conducted by David Griffiths, FISCAL Technologies on 5th January 2010. The draw will be supervised by an independent adjudicator. The winner will be notified by email (if supplied) or post by 15th January 2010. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, through no fault of FISCAL Technologies, within TEN (10) days after the first attempt, an alternative winner will be selected at random. The winners may be required to participate in further publicity or advertising.
