David Newland, Chairman 
David has over 25 years’ experience in senior finance and management roles in a number of leading technology organisations. He was Vodafone Group’s inaugural Group Financial Controller including the flotation, which involved joint listings on both the London Stock Exchange as a FTSE 100 company & NASDQ,  and subsequent demerger from Racal Electronics.   More recently he has been working with software and technology companies, helping them develop and grow towards a listing on a public market.  David has a Degree in Accounting & Finance and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.


David Griffiths, CEO & Director of Customer Development

As CEO with 20 years’ experience in growing technology organisations and 10 years working with over 300 Accounts Payable teams, David  Griffiths is the driving force behind FISCAL’s commitment to delivering solutions that provide customers with real value and great ROI. David’s vision and leadership have been key in focussing FISCAL as a leading brand in Accounts Payable. Prior to FISCAL, David was Head of European Marketing for Bottomline Technologies, and Product Marketing Director for European Internet Technologies, a major supplier of e-business solutions. David holds an MBA and Honours Degree in Business & Accounting.


Lesley Reeve, COO & Director of Customer Success

Customer success is at the heart of FISCAL’s growth and Lesley Reeve drives this through providing a first class customer care, communications and professional services teams. She provides hands on direction to ensure the company’s operations directly support growing customer needs. Also teamed alongside sales to help drive increased year over year total contract value by satisfying new customer requirements. Prior to FISCAL, Lesley was Product Director at Cendant TDS and also spent over 10 years in senior product management.


Howard Durdle, CTO & Director of Solutions

Entrepreneurial  CTO with over 10 years’ experience designing and building secure systems in Defence and Finance. Howard provides a strategic technical direction and development to the FISCAL technology platform and solutions. He defines FISCAL's technical infrastructure for internal and external solutions and oversees its information security policies and quality assurance. Having worked closely with Ministry of Defence, his extensive information security knowledge coupled with excellent Microsoft infrastructure best practice experience is second to none.


Gavin O’Brien, Director of Finance
A commercially driven Finance Director, focused on delivering shareholder value through sustainable profitable growth, delivered using strong financial control, systems integration and performance measurement skills. An influential team leader motivating, coaching and business partnering staff at all levels in the organisation to challenge the status quo, driving business improvement and efficiencies designed to secure and enhance profitability. He has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of senior finance roles with The Walt Disney Company, International plcs and other well-known organisations. Gavin qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987.


Christopher Cronk, Audit Director (Non-executive)
Chris Cronk underpins FISCAL’s audit strategy and direction. His experience in both the sphere of internal auditing and risk management spans more than 20 years. Chris’ authority and industry expertise have been instrumental in accelerating FISCAL Technologies’ growth in the UK, and in developing the company’s strategic product direction. Chris has held a number of Senior Audit roles in both large public sector and private companies around the world. He holds an Honours Degree and an MBA.
