Christopher Cronk, Chairman

As Chairman, Chris Cronk plays a key role in defining FISCAL’s strategic direction in terms of solutions, customer markets and growth. His experience in both the sphere of financial auditing and the Public Sector spans more than 16 years. Chris’ authority and industry expertise have been instrumental in accelerating FISCAL Technologies’ growth in the UK, and in developing the company’s strategic product direction. Chris has held a number of Senior Audit roles in both large public sector and private companies around the world.

David Griffiths, Director of Customer Development

As Director of Customer Development and with 17 years’ experience in technology companies, David Griffiths is the driving force behind FISCAL’s commitment to delivering solutions that provide customers with real value and great ROI. David’s vision and leadership has been key in realigning the company around its customers and their needs and he is committed to helping develop best-in-class AP teams. His focus is on continuing to grow the company’s customer base and to ensure the right balance of employees and partners around the world to deliver this. Prior to FISCAL, David was Head of European Marketing for Bottomline Technologies, a NASDAQ provider of collaborative payment and invoice automation solutions, and Marketing Director for European Internet Technologies, a major supplier of e-business solutions.

Lesley Reeve, Director of Solution Development

Innovation is at the heart of FISCAL’s success and Lesley Reeve drives that innovation and the development of the solutions that fulfil the company’s customer needs and requirements. She provides high-level direction of the company’s software and service development strategy, as well as overall leadership to FISCAL’s global implementation, training, and technical support teams. Prior to FISCAL, Lesley was Product Director at Cendant TDS and also spent a number of years in senior product management.

Nick Pearce, Head of Solution Development

With over 11 years’ experience of developing leading-edge software, Nick Pearce has lead FISCAL’s Solutions Development and Support Group in the development and expansion of the AP Forensics® suite for 5 years.  Heavily focused on listening to customers and developing products that meet their needs, Nick is passionate about the continuous improvement and expanding functionality of all of FISCAL’s software products to create best-in-class AP. Nick has worked with the likes of Kynetix Technology Group, Ford Credit and Threadneedle Investment as well as experience in the public sector. Nick, a natural techie, is FISCAL’s very own self-professed computer geek.

Esther Porter-Quinn, Head of Communications

Esther Porter-Quinn, as the Head of Communications, leads FISCAL’s Communications Group and is responsible for the marketing strategy, brand development and growth of strong customer partnerships. Prior to joining FISCAL, Esther’s career over the last 20 years has spanned both B2B and B2C marketing management roles across a variety of industries, including Media, Finance, Professional Services and Technology. Most recently, Esther was Northern Europe Marketing Manager at Avid, a leader in media technology, and previously held management roles at Avocent and Bottomline Technologies. In addition to a wealth of experience, Esther brings a sense of fun and adventure, enthusiasm and professionalism to the team at FISCAL.
