Setting Goals and Objectives Within Accounts Payable
There is often the misconception within AP that “others” set the objectives, while those in accounts payable just “do”. Of course this can become a self-fulfilling prophesy with the FD or FC filling the gap and setting objectives for AP Managers to carry out.
