"FISCAL Technologies's duplicate payment prevention system has worked very well in the time since we have been running it. It takes our Purchase Ledger Supervisor less than 10 minutes to complete the processing for the program, which she does before each weekly BACS payment run. The program, which is uncomplicated and user-friendly, provides a list of suspect payments, which can then be examined in more detail by the accounts payable staff to ensure their validity.
